Round up the Usual Peacocks
as the thirty-second in Donna Andrews' thoroughly engaging cozy mystery series starring uber-organized Meg Langslow and her merry (and messy) train of family and friends.

hristmas is coming. Meg et al are hoping for a white one, but not everyone is in the spirit of the holiday. Rob's Mutant Wizards is doing a rush project for Caadian company AcerGen, whose unpleasant president (Ian Meredith) has dragged key managers and programmers to Caerphilly to meet a New Year deadline. Since he booked nothing in advance, Meg has had to put them all up - and worries about their morale.
