Her Perfect Life
, she focuses on a very popular television investigative reporter, Lily Atwood, who really seems to have what the title suggests - the perfect job, a horde of loving fans and beloved seven-year-old daughter Rowen. Unfortunately, she also has secrets that might just bring it all down around her.

ily's elder sister Cassie disappeared from college when Lily was a child, but she's never stopped wondering what happened and whether she might find Cassie again. She's recently had an anonymous source (Smith) feeding her amazing story tips, but who is he and what is his agenda? Lily enjoys the fame and glory in her life but worries about the '
raging relentless spotlight
', especially questions about Rowen's father, lawyer Sam Prescott.

oints of view alternate between Lily, her personal assistant Greer Whitfield, and flashbacks to Cassie's life. Greer tells us she's not jealous, but does she protest too much? Matters get complicated when a PI contacts Greer, mentions Lily's sister, and asks for her help in arranging a meeting between Rowen and her father. As more of Cassie's
toxic history
is revealed, Lily fears its effect on her own and Rowen's life.
