A man who should not be loose on the streets has been stalking her with the dream of living with her. He is sure she loves him. She does not. Never met him. Cahill had been hired to protect Naomi from this man. He finds that she has many secrets about her past life. This makes it difficult when she won't tell him who she really is and what is in her background that she wants no one to know. When she is abducted, Rick is beside himself and, despite warnings from the local police, he meddles in the case. On top of his concern for Naomi, he too has a past he is trying to live down. The police have him on their 'could be' list. The constabulary doesn't understand his strong motive to assist them. Wrong Light is another in the latest of Matt Coyle's excellent mysteries.
