adine Raines attacked her teacher with a box cutter and has lived with this terrible act from the age of sixteen, struggling to understand why she did such a thing. Her intent was to inflict the cuts on herself.
Y
ears later, when her therapist is found dead in his office, the man's patients – past and present – are interviewed in an attempt to discover who could have murdered the well-liked man. Of course Nadine is one of those interviewed, but manages to convince authorities she did not kill him.

owever Nadine questions herself. Could she have killed the man who had been trying to help her to come to some conclusion as to why she had attacked Dr. Fabian? Life has not been easy for her since that day.
I
t is discovered that Dr. Fabian had pulled the old files for Nadine and also a man named Johnny Streeter. Streeter is serving a life term in prison for a mass shooting. In trying to identify the person responsible for Fabian's death, Nadine digs into her own past and discovers happenings in her life that make her question her own actions.

The Last Thing That I Told You
has a humdinger of an ending. NO FAIR PEEKING.
