This delightful new mystery series contains not only a captivating plot but also recipes for a tea room's offerings. Dig out your baking utensils and go for it. But, before you check what ingredients you might need, read a little of the book and discover a dead man who has obviously been murdered. Yes, this book is full of police procedures, detectives, and amateur detectives doing their best to solve the dastardly deed whilst they all enjoy the delectable treats emerging from a B & B's kitchen. Mimi Rousseau has managed to open a bistro and an inn with the financial help of Bryan Baker, an entrepreneur who loves to help get new ventures off the ground. Mimi is working hard to pull off a celebrity's high end wedding. Things go splendidly until Bryan is found dead with an éclair stuffed in his mouth! The ruined wedding is a hard pill to swallow, as is the death of Mimi's mentor. But being charged with his murder is the last straw. Police are sure she is responsible for his death as his will stated Bryan wanted Mimi's debt to him canceled on the occasion of his death.
