he Cookbook Nook is hosting an annual cook-off for anyone who cares to enter the competition. This year's challenge is grilled cheese. (Great grilled cheese recipes at the end of the book.) There seem to be some bruised egos, leftovers from previous contests. But who would kill someone over cheese and bread?
T
he eight-times winner is found shot to death in an alley behind the Nook. Cinnamon, the local sheriff, is hard put to sift through possible suspects. Jenna can't believe the Sheriff when she casts the local diner owner in that role. Marriages are on the brink of dissolving and wonderful sandwiches are grilled before the true culprit is unveiled.
I
nherit the Word
