uess who's back! Serge Storm and his good old buddy Coleman. They are up to their usual antics – disposing of those whom Serge feels have stepped over the line. Coleman is normally too high to do anything but go along with his close buddy's outrageous ideas.

, they continue their crusade to eliminate those who take advantage of others. The two have discovered what they feel is a large, coordinated gang who are preying on those at their most vulnerable. In so doing, the gang has conned a great number of citizens out of all of their money as well as their homes' contents.

erge conjures up unusual ways to end the lives of those who, in his point of view, have stepped way over the line. The miscreants must pay the ultimate price – that of their lives. His methods of eliminating these no-gooders are unique. And the soon-to-be-dead are always well aware of their imminent demise and have time to contemplate why they are to die.
I
shan't describe any of the diabolical and extremely intricate ways of changing a living, breathing body into a dead one and the ultimate disposal of their corpses. Read for yourself.

erge and Coleman seem to spend a great deal of money collecting the accoutrements needed to successfully accomplish Serge's schemes. I kept wondering where their funds were coming from.

ll in all, it's another quirky plot that will make you laugh out loud and wonder at the brazenness of Serge and drug-happy Coleman. Don't miss
