ourteen-year-old Kevin Spencer is sure he's the most romantic guy anyone would ever want to meet. He could prove it if he only had a girlfriend. And the girlfriend Kevin wants is Tina Zabinski, the most beautiful girl in school. Maybe in the world.
B
efore he can convince Tina that he'd be an excellent boyfriend, a new guy moves in on her. Cash Divine has a more direct track because he's new in school and Tina is assigned to show him around.
S
omehow Kevin must convince Tina to go out with him. To help his chances he decides to make a scientific study of how loves works. His first study subjects are his parents. Later he sets up a blind date for a neighbor and for his brother's hockey teammates with a group of female figure skaters.
T
his book is a companion to
Liar, Liar
and
Flat Broke
which also feature Kevin Spencer. He's older now but his take on life is still hilarious.
