She wants to live the life some of her favorites in the movies live ... glamorous, exciting, bewitching, with fans begging for her autograph. Instead of signing autographs, she might, in real life, be shooting to kill. Sure not glamorous. Definitely life-threatening. When a new acquaintance invites her to fly to Las Vegas with him, she readily accepts. Maybe there she can find a new life, one a little more stimulating. Instead, her new squeeze is on the run and she must join him or – who knows what could happen? They flee to her San Francisco apartment only to find a body – a murdered body. Here we go again, on the run! Both criminals and cops are after them. Their escape is littered with some pretty funny happenings. While the scenario is pure fiction, and delightful, the characters have a touch of real life in them. Believable and worth knowing. I want to know them more intimately.
