is the third novel of a trilogy featuring Allison Taylor. It is not necessary to have read the first two to enjoy the third. It, like the others, can be read as a standalone and is equally suspenseful.
llison Taylor suffered, as did the rest of the country, when the assault of the Twin Towers struck New York. She has struggled for ten years to live with the memory of that horror. Little does she know that some horrors never go away.
olly Temple disappears from the Caribbean Island of Saint Anthony. It is known Molly disembarked from her cruise ship to the island. Someone with her ID returned to the ship. Was it the same woman? This is what Molly's mother wants Allison to find out. Allison leaves the love of her life, NYPD Detective Rocky Manzillo, seeking answers. She retraces Molly's steps and finds more clues to Molly's fate, but also finds herself in jeopardy. Unhappy childhood memories distract Allison from her task.
