Retired Inspector Jack Bertolino worked in narcotics for 25 years. Now he's finished with that. Except ... an old confidential informant calls and pleads for help. But, wouldn't you know? She is immediately brutally murdered and it looks like Jack is meant to take the fall for her death. This is where it gets really exciting. Jack has to deal with drug lords, gangbangers, street gangs, drug runners, money laundering, a Columbian drug cartel, as well as various bad guys who seem to multiply at random. I warn you.
