G
eorge Trowbridge is handsome and irresistible as well as a Hollywood bad boy. He is also bankable at the box office. So his studio has a policy of eight figures with a large insurance company to keep the man out of trouble. Because of his late-night contretemps in his new Ferrari, Jay Davidovich of the insurance company's Loss Prevention Division is hired to keep Trowbridge on the straight and narrow.
T
o prevent down time in the filming of a movie, Davidovich hires a
jail coach
to help Trowbridge survive prison. Literally. I must make a note to never be arrested. The survival skills necessary to complete your jail term alive sound very ominous. The coach, Katrina Thompson, arrives on a collapsible motorbike with a small urchin, her daughter, who seems old for her years.
T
he account of Trowbridge's lifestyle is a book in itself. Add Katrina, her urchin and motorbike to Jay and his military background and you have a book to curl up with. Oh, wait! Almost forgot Stan Chaladian, a hustler - a ruthless hustler - from Katrina's past. Katrina is an ex-marine with a dubious background.
Jail Coach
is a fun book with outlandish characters. Enjoy it! I did.
