Sunny Cruz is a beautiful woman. She is rich and has a great career. She also has a gorgeous home and a lovely daughter. In fact most people would think that the world is her oyster.

But in reality Sunny is very unhappy. She still misses her dead husband and loneliness has filled her with despair. She has trouble moving on. Sunny would like to find love again and has dated many successful men, but found none worth keeping. She used to live the party life, on the edge, and it seemed to her a better time. So Sunny starts believing she can maintain her successful life, but enjoy a bit of party on the side in secret.

She begins to use, and life feels like it's going up again. A career opportunity takes her to Los Angeles for the weekend. Sunny goes on a date with her very handsome lawyer friend and has the time of her life. Now she has a guy, her family, her career and a dirty little secret. Can Sunny continue to balance everything or will her life come crashing down? And will she be able to pick up the pieces once again?

Sunny: White Lines is a very interesting story about a woman who has struggled with addiction in the past and does so again. Smaller stories are all intertwined, creating a realism that will touch your heart. I found the writing to be a bit hardcore, but good nevertheless.
