More unexplained phenomena are occurring and recently-escaped prisoner, Daniel Ismail, seems to be the only one who has any idea what could be happening (but the reader is not let in on his thoughts yet). We do get more background on him and meet a few more characters. One is the mysterious Ishmael who has some horrific supernatural powers. Ending with another cliffhanger, This Haunted World is definitely a comic book series for those who like dark, supernatural, suspenseful tales. And once again, the artwork is superb.
