When we read romance novels, we think we know everything about love. Or we imagine that what they portray is what love is about. We want our men to be dashing, good-looking, sexy, chivalrous and of course with eyes only for us.

Throw in a heroine with will power, beautiful clothes and the determination to get things done. Mix with a handsome, seductive bad boy hero and a crazy plot. Don't forget to add some naughty alone time, where only small pieces of skin are visible. Add some fight to the couple and what do you have? One great romance novel that leaves us wanting more.

Everything I Know About Love I Learned From Romance Novels is a guide to love, filled with first person stories from many romance readers, from authors, and of course references to heroines and heroes in the books. It's a witty guide, that delves into translating a romance novel into reality, and helping those in need. Everyone deserves real life romance and a happy ending.

This was a fun book to read for me. It's great how the author opens your eyes by connecting romance with everyday life. She tells it like it is, avoiding sugar coating and making it believable. Who knew that reading romance novels was a key to happiness? I always thought it was just for the sheer pleasure.
