Perhaps lots of money can purchase fleeting happiness but not necessarily true love. Connie Briscoe's first novel was a surprise hit and sold over 700,000 copies. She may have flown under the radar with her debut but since then this new writer has captured a lot of attention and readers. Her prose is very readable and her characters are quite likeable.
