Holly's Inbox: Scandal in the City is the sequel to Holly's Inbox. Holly's story is told in e-mail format and is very funny and entertaining. We have all wanted, at one time or another, to snoop through someone else's inbox. Now is your chance and you won't be disappointed.

Holly is employed by an investment bank in downtown London. She is a receptionist, and is one of the first to greet and direct clients to their proper destinations. Her job is demanding, but she always has time to stay informed of the gossip swirling around the office, or to deal with one of the many family dramas that play out in her inbox.

Holly is currently living with her boyfriend Toby who also is employed by the bank. They never seem to find time to be together any more as Toby is always traveling on business or going to France to see his family. Holly finds Toby is withdrawing from her and feels he maybe seeing someone else. After she talks to her friends at work, Toby is put under close watch and even some of his phone calls are monitored.

After receiving a promotion at work, Holly must now inform her friends she is their new boss and all orders come down through her. A supervisor from another department is making life hell for Holly, and is trying desperately to move in on Toby. When her friends inform Holly they have overheard useful information, Holly decides to take things into her own hands and find out what Toby's dealings are in France. With a confused grandmother signing her up for a dating service, a mother wanting her to join the family in Spain, and a brother in jail, Holly is feeling pulled in all directions. She must make some decisions but will they be the right ones?

Holly's Inbox: Scandal in the City follows Holly through the ups and downs of her everyday life with career, relationships, and family. It's a lighthearted, funny read, with a few surprises along the way.
