eily meets Carly on his first day at Brighton Day School. They became instant friends and later a couple.
All Unquiet Things

C
arly's uncle is found guilty of the crime. Carly's cousin and best friend Rachel spent the remainder of the year being tutored at home, but now she's back at school and wants Neily to help her prove her dad's innocence. Neily agrees. He never thought her dad was guilty. He thinks Carly's dope dealing boyfriend killed her.
D
espite the bad blood between them, Neily and Rachel become reluctant partners as they piece together the events before Carly was murdered. Rachel becomes a liability when she begins talking to her old boyfriend, and Neily must decide how much of what he learns to tell her.
J
arzab has put together a suspenseful plot where emotions get higher as the tension gets tighter. Neily and Rachel each tell their own story and have their own regrets to work out. Broken friendships, lost love and undesirable family situations all fit neatly into a well crafted plot.
