Self assured and sexy Rich Ronaldi is completely lacking in domestic skills. Why bother when you're the only male offspring of an Italian family and have a mother who's spoiled you rotten? But after seeing how happy his two sisters are, married and settled down with their own domestic gods, and exacerbated by a sudden urge to settle down himself, Rich figures that learning how to cook and clean is a small price to pay if it means winning his girlfriend back. And who better to turn him into a more nurturing, caring and cleanly soul than his little sister's best friend, Becca Larsen?

Unfortunately, Becca's having a few personal issues of her own, not the least of which is having to deal with the good looking and incredibly sexy Rich Ronaldi. The fact that they're temporarily stuck living in the same cramped apartment certainly isn't going to help her get over the crush she's had for a man who's never considered her as being anything more than an old family friend. But when Rich does begin taking serious notice of Becca, both professionally and romantically, he soon realises that he might just have been pursuing the wrong woman all along.

Robin Kaye has already hit the jackpot with the first two releases in her fun and witty Domestic Gods series; she does so again with Breakfast in Bed. There are plenty of laugh out loud hilarious situations, most especially when the completely clueless yet well-meaning Rich puts some of Becca's household lessons into practice. Pay particular attention to the chapter where he decides to be extra helpful and wash a load of Becca's delicates.

If you're in the mood for a smart, witty, romantic and completely satisfying contemporary romance, then you won't go wrong with Breakfast in Bed.
