e watch Tess go about her daily life as it slowly fractures around her, from the stress of what has happened to her best friend. She feels a growing attraction to victim support detective Lacey, and an increasing distance from her husband Mick and her old friend Alex. Her children are affected by the growing tension. There are suspicions about the murderer, which never fully materialize.

omething Might Happen
is a sensitively written story of psychological suspense and even horror, much of it unresolved. It escalates into another unforeseen tragedy, that once again changes the course of Tess's life.
