She should know. Everyone in her family, except her missing dad, has psychic powers. Her own powers have just begun to come in, rather like getting her permanent teeth later than the rest of the family. Duke's attention to her is flattering but she already has a boyfriend even though Ryan is acting stranger than usual. Nightshade, California, isn't your usual small town. Daisy's sister Rose dates a werewolf and her sister Poppy is in love with a ghost. When a new and dangerous werewolf pack is seen around on more than one occasion, Daisy learns someone has been making werewolves the old fashioned way, by biting. When a teacher from one of the town's oldest werewolf families is killed, Daisy suspects someone knew about his shapechanging and is sure it has something to do with his death.
