aisy is the only one in the Giordano family who does not have psychic talents. Her sister Rose is a telepath, her sister Poppy is able to move things with her mind, and their mother helps the chief of police solve crimes. Since her dad (also a normal) left, Daisy has been feeling left out.

t school lately, looking like a corpse is the newest fashion trend for the popular gang. Daisy's ex-best-friend and head cheerleader Samantha Devereaux started the craze.
W
hen spots open on the cheerleading squad Samantha asks Daisy to try out. Daisy doesn't want to be a cheerleader and is surprised when she makes the team. Even without physic talent, she's in the right place to investigate why cheerleaders are dropping like flies and why the corpse of a cheerleader disappeared from the morgue.

ot all vampires are the same which is the clue Daisy needs to find out who is preying on cheerleaders.
