Dantes' Inferno
is a gripping page-turner, mind boggling in its intensity. The suspense reaches a crescendo, only to build even higher in the next instant.

he author knows Los Angeles as few people must. Lovett takes us through the city above ground and then moves just as knowledgeably through its underground - a very frightening place. She brings her characters to life and gives them a substance that includes all the flaws and foibles, with which real people struggle. Her knowledge of the mind's workings - either for good or evil - is impressive in its scope.

he last chapter had me holding my breath. When I thought it couldn't get any better, it did. Fast paced, tightly written, character driven,
Dantes' Inferno
is well worth the read.
