laudia Rose, graphologist, meets Paige Sorenson when she is asked to authenticate Paige's husband's signature on his will. Paige was a young woman married to an older man. When he dies and leaves her his estate, his children sue. Paige runs the Sorenson Academy in Bel Air. The twins, a nasty pair, had plans for the valuable land it sits on.

fter the hearing on the will, Paige asks Claudia's help with a young student whose movie star mother died in a car accident when she was six. Her father is the head of SunMark Studios, but Annabelle lives at the academy. She is angry and lonely.
J
ust when Claudia thinks she is making progress with Annabelle, Paige goes missing and so does Annabelle. Paige finds herself in the middle of a police investigation, but she is the only one who believes Annabelle is innocent and did not leave of her own free will.

heila Lowe's character, graphologist Claudia Rose, becomes involved in criminal investigations in an unusual way. Lowe has written a good mystery and I hope to read others in this
Forensic Handwriting
series.
